Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a Technical Writer to create work instructions and job aids from current SOPs. During this project, you will work with subject matter experts to develop about 60 documents, ranging from 4 to 5 pages each, on how to use the systems and manual steps like how to pack a box.

Start Date: Mid to late April
Duration: 6 to 8 weeks
Hours: 15 to 25 hours per week; flexible working hours but must be available during the standard business day for meetings
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:
  • Experience creating process documentation 
  • Experience working with entry-level employees
  • Experience creating clear documentation for language translations
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Consultative approach; able to provide recommendations
  • Software processing experience is highly preferred
  • Previous warehouse/manufacturing experience is preferred but not required
