Job Description
Our large energy industry client is seeking a highly skilled eLearning Developer/Multimedia Consultant to work with the Sr. Instructional Design Team and Sr. eLearning Lead in the development of a series of 15-30 minute eLearning modules for field technicians who maintain mechanical systems (pumps, piping, valves, heat exchangers, and more).
In this role, you will use templates, storyboards, 3D aminations, videos, written content, audio, and other assets - prepared by the Instructional Design Team and 3D Animation Specialists - to develop highly engaging, animation- and video-centric eLearning. This eLearning will be the next generation of training for an existing program created in 2007.
The qualified eLearning/Multimedia Development consultant will possess expert-level Articulate Storyline skills with the ability to incorporate 3D animations and videos (created by others) into eLearning modules, while incorporating the functionality that will allow learners to hover over images (some in motion) to reveal content relevant to the specific piece of equipment or maintenance process.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
Duration: Through 2/28/25Â with potentials for continuing extensions through the end of 2027.
Hours: 40 hours per week (potentially some flexibility).
Location:Â 100% virtual.

Skills & Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years’ experience in eLearning Development including development of media-centric modules that incorporate video, animations, and interactivity.
- Experience creating eLearning for complex technical content.
- Must be highly skilled in Articulate Storyline and must provide your own laptop, and licenses (360).
- Must be skilled in video and audio production and editing including working with After Effects and video and audio production and editing tools.
- Experience in Vyond a plus.
- Must be able to show excellent samples as part of the consultant selection process.
- Must be highly collaborative and excellent at working with Sr. Instructional Designers and the project manager to bring designs and storyboards to life with excellent visual appeal.
- Must be dedicated and deadline driven with a natural drive to create an excellent end product.Â
