Job Description

he Account Executive role is responsible for driving revenue within Fortune 500 accounts at a very high level with a focus on selling based on quality and reputation to highly polished clients who work directly with the consultants we source from our established network. The ideal AE is polished and professional with exceptional communication skills on all levels and offers a successful background selling high-end and/or niche consulting and/or staff augmentation services, learning and development services, or similar within the F500. In this role you will leverage an outstanding history serving over 80% of current F500 companies, including many with active Master Services Agreements, and a measured 98% client satisfaction rate.

The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned target organizations as well as maintaining and expanding strong relationships with existing clients. In this role, you will work towards achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality consulting services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with past, current, and new clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage the expertise and tenure of companies second-to-none Talent Managers and Consultant Network to provide client-centric professional consulting solutions.
  • Present services to target clients in a highly-polished manner with an emphasis on selling on quality and reputation.
  • Secure opportunities in which company is the exclusive provider of consulting services.
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing.
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
 
Experience/Qualifications Needed
  • 5+ years of proven success selling professional consulting services, staff augmentation services, learning and development services, or similar.
  • 2+ years’ experience successfully selling B2B services to F500 organizations with Sr. Manager- through VP-level clients.
  • Strong interest and ability to gain a base of knowledge within the training and development space to effectively interface with individuals at a very high level.
  • Must offer exceptionally polished presentation skills, including the ability to assist in writing and presenting proposals for $1M+ projects and services.
  • Exceptional judgement and focus on efficiency in identifying the right client contacts and real opportunities.
  • Ability to sell the Clarity brand intelligently, confidently, and with a focus on quality of services and reputation.
  • Self-driven by nature with ability to work independently and as part of a team with a proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, high level of emotional intelligence and ability to maintain trusted and highly collaborative long-term customer relationships.

The salary range for this is $70,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission and potential bonus. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
