Job Description

We are partnering with a leading pharmaceutical client to identify an Instructional Designer/Developer for their assisted robotics surgical division. This role involves developing technical and non-technical training and collaborating with the medical tech L&D team, internal stakeholders, and subject matter experts to create or update instructor-led, virtual instructor-led, and eLearning content using industry best practices.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and refine educational programs.
  • Integrate instructional design trends and best practices.
  • Develop engaging, interactive learning activities and compelling course content.
  • Design instructional graphics and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Incorporate activities that reinforce learning, including audio, video, simulations, role plays, games, and assessments.
  • Contribute to curriculum strategy to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Start Date: Early January, with interviews beginning soon
Duration: Through 2025, with the potential to extend
Hours: 40 hours per week with some flexibility in the working hours
Location: Virtual

Experience Required:
  • 5-10 years in Instructional Design and eLearning Development, ideally with large companies (medical or healthcare experience is a huge plus)
  • Expertise in creating ILT, vILT, and eLearning content, including hands-on experience with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), MS Office, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Skilled in embedding multimedia assets, such as audio and video, into training materials
  • Self-driven, proactive work style with strong communication, collaboration abilities, and strong educational mindset and acumen
  • Creative, practical problem-solver with the ability to learn quickly
  • Must be able to provide high-quality samples as part of the selection process.
  • A background check is required for the selected consultant.


NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions
