Account Executive - Learning & Development

Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with past and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Leverage the expertise and tenure of our Talent Management team to provide client centric solutions
- Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
- Learn and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
- Proven track record of success in sales related to learning technologies (LMSs, authoring tools, etc.) OR a proven track record of successfully working in a learning and development capacity, building client rapports, and are interested in a sales career
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

The salary range for this is $70,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission and potential bonus. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
