Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager with a background in selling learning platforms or previous learning and development experience to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality consulting services. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with past and existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage the expertise and tenure of our Talent Management team to provide client centric solutions
  • Develop and present proposals and contracts to clients, negotiating terms and pricing as necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Learn and keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in sales related to learning technologies (LMSs, authoring tools, etc.) OR a proven track record of successfully working in a learning and development capacity, building client rapports, and are interested in a sales career
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or related field preferred.

The salary range for this is $70,000 to $125,000 per year, plus commission and potential bonus. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
