Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client in locating  Change Communications Consultant to lead the development and execution of communication strategies for key organizational change initiatives. This role is critical in ensuring that communication is clear, consistent, and impactful, driving employee engagement and facilitating smooth transitions during times of change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver compelling messaging and content across various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, intranet posts, and presentations.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership, stakeholders, and subject matter experts to understand communication needs and tailor messages that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of communication strategies, gathering feedback and making data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with a strong emphasis on change management.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, with strong interpersonal skills.
Start: Late September
Duration: 3 months to start with possibility of extension
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: 2 days per week onsite in North Scottsdale, AZ .  Candidates must be within commutable distance. 

The pay range is $55 to $60 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
