Job Description
We are working closely with our client in identifying a Code of Conduct Document Specialist to help streamline and enhance their Code of Conduct for approximately 6,000 employees. The project requires the revision of a 40-45 page document, ensuring consistency, clarity, and completeness.
Key Responsibilities:
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4-6 weeks (project due 9/30/24)
Hours: TBD by consultant
Location: 100% Virtual
Experience Required:

The pay range for this is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Revision: Review and revise the existing Code of Conduct to ensure uniform writing styles, clarity, and coherence across the 40-45 page document.
- Content Enhancement: Integrate scenarios and FAQs to improve understanding and application of the Code of Conduct.
- Visual Aids: Develop and incorporate visual aids, such as investigation visuals, to support the document’s content.
- Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments, including Information Security, Environmental Health and Safety, and other relevant teams, to gather input and ensure the document meets all compliance and operational needs.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4-6 weeks (project due 9/30/24)

Location: 100% Virtual
Experience Required:
- Proven experience working within the healthcare sector, understanding the specific compliance and policy needs of a research hospital.
- Strong background in compliance and policy/procedure writing, with a focus on creating clear, actionable documents.
- Experience working with mission-driven organizations, demonstrating an understanding of their unique operational and ethical frameworks.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Work will be done on consultant’s equipment.     Â
