Job Description

We are working closely with our client in identifying a Code of Conduct Document Specialist to help streamline and enhance their Code of Conduct for approximately 6,000 employees. The project requires the revision of a 40-45 page document, ensuring consistency, clarity, and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Revision: Review and revise the existing Code of Conduct to ensure uniform writing styles, clarity, and coherence across the 40-45 page document.
  • Content Enhancement: Integrate scenarios and FAQs to improve understanding and application of the Code of Conduct.
  • Visual Aids: Develop and incorporate visual aids, such as investigation visuals, to support the document’s content.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with multiple departments, including Information Security, Environmental Health and Safety, and other relevant teams, to gather input and ensure the document meets all compliance and operational needs.

Duration: 4-6 weeks (project due 9/30/24)
Hours: TBD by consultant
Location: 100% Virtual

Experience Required:
  • Proven experience working within the healthcare sector, understanding the specific compliance and policy needs of a research hospital.
  • Strong background in compliance and policy/procedure writing, with a focus on creating clear, actionable documents.
  • Experience working with mission-driven organizations, demonstrating an understanding of their unique operational and ethical frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Work will be done on consultant’s equipment.

The pay range for this is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
