Job Description
Our client is in the process of building their learning tracks within Cornerstone. Each track consists of 2-6 courses. Each course is an eLearning or ILT event plus an exam. They also have pre-assessments prior to each course that help sort learners into the correct starting point for their learning along that Track. Each Track has a flow that reads each user’s current placement and automatically assigns them to the next point along the path. At the end of each Track, each user earns a digital credential to reward their accomplishments, via an integration with Credly. They need a consultant to support in the creation of these tracks. Overall number of tracks is 26 with volume inconsistent each month.
Start Date: early August
Project Duration: Through May 2026 Â
Hours Per Week: approximately 20 hours per week, but inconsistent; flexible hours
Location (Virtual or Onsite):Â Virtual

Responsibilities:
The pay range for this is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Experience requirements:
- Expertise working within Cornerstone
- Experience setting up curricula
- Creating custom groups and learning assignments
- Email templates
- Experience in creating learning tracks
- Experience in mapping our pathways and setting up in Sandbox environment for testing
- Background check is required prior to placement
Responsibilities:
- Setting up of curricula
- Set up custom email templates as needed
- Customize emails within each learning object
- Create custom groups
- Create learning assignments
- Create user scenarios and run pilot and production testing (see example scenarios)
- At least 2-3 of our users participate in the production testing process to verify accuracy
- Troubleshoot and fix issues discovered from testing
- Re-run testing as needed
- Document correct system configuration
- Estimated Volume/Schedule is as follows (15-20 hours per track):
- August: 4 tracks
- September:Â 0 tracks
- October: 3 tracks
- November: 4 tracks
- December: 2 tracks
- January: 4 tracks
- February: 2 tracks
- March: 2 tracks
- April: 3 tracks
- May: 2 tracks
