Job Description

Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree is a prerequisite, with a preference for qualifications in Human Resources or Business.
- A Master's degree and professional certifications would be considered a valuable asset.
- A substantial track record of over a decade in HR, specifically within a manufacturing environment characterized by large, diverse workforces, and intricate organizational structures.
- A demonstrated aptitude in a multitude of HR disciplines, encompassing but not limited to talent management, labor relations, and compensation planning.
- Proven expertise in team building, spearheading change management efforts, and setting forth well-defined goals and objectives in alignment with the factory's and organization's requirements.
The salary range for this is $175,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location. Benefits and a competitive bonus structure offered.
