Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client in the pharmaceutical industry to identify a Technical Learning Strategist/Instructional Designer for Power BI Training. The training will be blended (ILT, vILT, self-paced learning) for 3 audiences: Leadership, Middle Management, and Data Professionals. Our client has a general understanding of learning outcomes, but they are looking for a consultant to advise on the best way to deliver this knowledge.

Start Date: ASAP
Project Duration and Potential for Extension: 3-4 months (Ideally completed by end of Q1/March 2026). Follow-up needs could potentially result in extension.
Working Hours: Flexible, but able to work EST business hours.
Location: Virtual.

Experience Requirements:
  • Instructional Design / Training Development experience in developing hybrid training solutions, particularly with Data or Technical solutions.
  • Experience using Power BI.
  • Strong experience in Articulate 360.
  • Experience worked in the Pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with Agile model.
  • Experience with Jira or DevOps is a plus
  • Successful completion of a Background check is required prior to placement.

The pay range is $70 to $85 per hour and is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
