Instructional Designer (Blended Onboarding Training) - 100% Virtual
Job Description
We are working exclusively with an online payroll and HR solutions client to identify an Instructional Designer to support the rebuild of their Dedicated Service Advisory (DSA) new hire onboarding program for their customer service organization.
This engagement will focus on overhauling the existing onboarding experience, with a strong emphasis on developing net-new, highly interactive content using a blended learning approach. In addition to creating learner-facing materials, you may also develop facilitation guides to support internal trainers. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to recommend the best structure for the program and maintain alignment throughout development.
Start Date: Mid-February
Duration: 3 months
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week; must be available during standard business hours
Location: Virtual
Experience Required
· Senior-level instructional design experience with the ability to work independently and efficiently
· Proven ability to work cross-functionally and keep stakeholders aligned
· Experience supporting fast-paced technology or start-up environments
· Experience designing and developing blended learning solutions
· Experience using Articulate Rise and Google Slides; experience with Uplimit, Canva, or Easygenerator is a plus
· Comfortable working in ambiguous environments
· Strong communication and collaboration skills
· Ability to share work samples or a portfolio
· Background check required for the selected consultant
NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $60.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
