Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to develop 34 life skills workshops. These workshops will focus on foundational topics such as resume writing and job readiness for individuals who are new to Canada.

In this role, you will take content from subject matter experts and create PowerPoint-based training materials, including activities and job aids. The ideal consultant is proactive, organized, and able to deliver high-quality, consistent content across multiple workshops.

Start Date: Mid-November
Duration: 3 months with potential to extend
Hours: Up to 40 hours per week
Location: 100% virtual; must be located in Canada

Experience Required:
  • Experience designing instructor-led or workshop-style training
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working with SMEs
  • Proficiency in creating PowerPoint-based training materials
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple modules
  • Excellent written communication and organizational skills
  • Must be able to share work samples
