Job Description
We are partnering with a major retail client to assemble a team of Instructional Designers who will collaborate with their internal team on various projects. During this engagement, you will work closely with subject matter experts to develop content, create storyboards, and design instructor-led and virtual training, eLearning, microlearning, training videos, and blended learning solutions.
Start Date: Late June to Early July
Duration: Through the end of the year
Hours: 40 hours per week; must be able during the standard business day
Location: Virtual

The pay range for this is $50.00 to $55.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Experience Required:
- Strong instructional design experience
- Solid understanding of adult learning theory
- Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 or Captivate
- Comfortable working with a learning management system
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working in an agile environment
- Background check required for selected consultants
