Job Description
We are working exclusively with our client in identifying a highly skilled and creative Instructional Designer to lead the development of engaging eLearning modules and other supporting learning materials (one-pagers, job aides, etc). The training you create will improve the knowledge of sales staff, enabling them to become exceptional partners for end clients, medical personnel, and hospitals.
In this role, you will play a key part in creating a unique learning journey, which transports users to various countries where they will learn about the location and how it relates to the learning objective. Your responsibilities will encompass creating effective learning deliverables infusing elements specific to each country, such as recipes, postcards, and cultural insights. Through this innovative approach, you will captivate learners, making their learning experience both educational and enjoyable.
Requirements:
Start Date: Mid-June
Duration: Through October with a possibility of extension into 2024
Hours: To Be Determined as you scope out the project
Location: 100% virtual
NOTE: 100% Virtual Positions

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour W2. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Requirements:
- Exceptional creativity and the ability to think outside the box, crafting engaging and immersive learning materials that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Strong expertise in Instructional Design, with a proven track record of creating effective learning experiences.
- Experience creating sales training.
- Experience creating training for hospitals and/or hospital products
- Extensive background in eLearning development, demonstrating proficiency in utilizing various authoring tools
- Experience in Medical Writing, ensuring the accurate and effective delivery of medical content, preferred, but not required
