Job Description

Our client’s HR Talent Management team is seeking an Instructional Designer/Facilitator to create and facilitate a workshop on the topic of Performance Management that will accompany an eLearning curriculum. This will be available for all employees, but will be primarily for managers. This workshop will be training managers on various stages of their role and will reinforce what they are learning in the eLearning courses (Goals Setting, Giving Feedback and Performance Check-In’s, Talent & Performance Assessments, and Rewards/Recognition Allocation). Deliverables will include an ILT and vILT workshop. One session of the workshop will be delivered virtually with two others delivered in person. The content currently exists in various existing documents and SME will also be available for interviews.

Start: mid-February

Project Duration: Content due in early June with workshop facilitated later in month. Will then pause before picking up workshop in September.

Hours Per Week and Flexibility: Flexible

Location: 100% Virtual with travel to Seattle, WA for workshops (travel expenses will be covered by the client).

Experience requirements:
  • Strong Instructional Designer with ability to create workshops to supplement eLearning
  • Ability to facilitate workshops both in-person and virtually
  • Proven experience with Performance Management
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team, but also independently
  • Consultant must own laptop and software (software tools will be determined by the consultant)

*Successful completion of a background check is required prior to placement.

The pay range for this project is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
