Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client to identify an Instructional Designer to support them on a part-time basis for several projects going forward on a long-term basis. Deliverables will include eLearning courses, quick reference guides, etc. All instructor-led training is created inhouse. The first project will be to update their Customer Service course and give it a fresh look.

Start Date: 1/23/23
Duration: Initial project ~ 6 weeks (12-20 – max 25 hours/week with flexibility). Additional projects will follow on a long-term, ongoing basis.
Location: 100% Virtual

Experience requirements:
  • Strong Blended Learning Instructional Design experience, but primarily expertise in eLearning
  • Experience with Storyline and Rise (licenses required)
  • Strong experience in needs analysis and recommending best practices and recommendations
  • Experience developing training on a variety of topics including technical, HR/Soft skills, safety awareness, customer service, etc.
