Job Description
We are working exclusively with our client to identify a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator to help address an influx of help desk tickets related to the Schoox LMS. During this project, you will be responsible for navigating the Schoox system, addressing user issues, issuing credits where necessary, and ensuring that each case is effectively resolved and closed.
Start Date: Late February
Duration: 2 to 4 weeks
Hours: Full-time to start and then will move to part-time based on ongoing needs
Location: Virtual

The pay range for this is $40.00 to $50.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Experience Required:
- Proven experience as an LMS Administrator, especially with Schoox.
- Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems and processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Great communication skills for interacting with end-users and internal teams.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining accurate documentation.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
