Job Description
We are actively engaging with our retail client on an LMS administration project. As a consultant, you will manage and execute learning activities within the organization using Workday. Your responsibilities will include overseeing course administration, content media management, campaign set-up and management, and comprehensive reporting. You will also support decentralized learning teams through effective triage, problem-solving, and responsive communication.
Key Components:
Start Date: Mid-June
Duration: 3 months; 3 days per week
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day); must be available between 9am – 5pm ET
Location: Canada; 100% Virtual

The pay range for this is $35.00 to $45.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.

Key Components:
- Course and Content Media Administration
- Manage and update courses and media content.
- Campaign Set-Up & Management
- Design, implement, and monitor learning campaigns.
- Reporting
- Generate and analyze learning consumption reports.
- Support for Decentralized Teams
- Triage and resolve learning-related inquiries that come through the email distribution box.
- Workday Case Management
- Manage and resolve learning-related cases through triage, problem-solving, and response.
- Workday Knowledge-Based Article Management
- Liaise with partners to update and upload Knowledge Base Articles.
- External Partner Integration
- Provide administration and troubleshooting support for Workday Learning integrations.
- Track and report external partner license consumption.

Required Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in LMS administration.
- Proficiency in managing Workday Learning.
- Experience in course set-up, enrollment management, and user role assignments within an LMS.
- Ability to generate and interpret reports on course completion, user activity, and other learning metrics
- Experience in managing and updating learning content to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Proven ability to provide technical support and training to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolutions
- Strong communication skills for liaising with internal teams, external partners, and vendors
- Experience in triaging, solving, and responding to LMS-related inquiries and support tickets.
