Job Description

We are working exclusively with our client to identify an LMS Implementation Project Manager. Our client is implementing a new LMS, Absorb to replace SumTotal. They require an LMS Project Manager to help with implementation of this LMS, ensuring project plan and timelines stay on track throughout implementation.

Start Date: March 3, 2025

Duration: through December 31, 2025; 40 hours per week; 8am – 5pm PT (40 hours per week for initial 7 months and then may vary)

Location: 100% Virtual

Travel Requirements: Some travel may take place; would be a few trips to Sacramento, CA area for a couple of days at a time


Skills & Experience Requirements:
 
  • Strong LMS experience including, but not limited to LMS implementation
  • Expert-level Project Management experience with ability to create project plans and ensure timelines are met
  • Experience coordinating with IT on integrations, data migration and testing
  • Experience with other aspects of Learning and Development from PM perspective
  • Experience with Jira and Plan View
  • Experience with Absorb LMS is a plus, but not required
  • Consultant will provide their own tool licenses and laptop with MS Office 

*Successful completion of background check and drug test are required prior to placement on this project.

The pay range for this project is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
