Job Description

We are working with our client to locate a Learning Strategist/Senior Instructional Designer to support the rapid expansion of its field operations. Our client in the semiconductor industry needs to develop net-new eLearning to train technicians on end-user application of heat trace technology, with a strong emphasis on safety, installation accuracy, and speed.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 4 months
Hours: up to 40 hours/week
Location: Remote with occasional travel to Santa Clara, CA

Experience Required:
  • Senior-level Instructional Design experience
  • Proven ability to create eLearning content from scratch
  • Strong experience working with SMEs
  • Semiconductor industry experience
  • Experience designing learning for technical, field-based, or safety-critical roles
  • Ability to work quickly, independently, and with minimal oversight

The pay range for this is $55.00 to $65.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
