Job Description

We are partnering with our client to identify an Instructional Designer Consultant to develop an External Certification course for their clients to properly adopt their platform and be able to troubleshoot any issues internally. The Consultant will initially conduct a Needs Analysis and develop a Training Roadmap for the course. Future work could entail building the External Certification course. The primary objective in creating the course is to reduce inbound call volume to their customer service team.

Our client recently completed creation of an Internal Certification course of approximately 6 hours. Topics covered include Company History, Business Model, Client Portal and Payment Portal Demos, Verticals, Customer Journey, and Invoicing. Some content could potentially be relevant to the External Certification.

Start: ASAP
Duration: 2-3 months for needs analysis phase
Hours: flexible, part-time hours
Location: Virtual

Requirements:
  • Strong instructional design experience
  • Expert in needs analysis and developing Training Roadmaps
  • FiServ experience
  • Experience with Certification Program or Software Training Certification builds is helpful
  • Experience building training for company clients to adopt learning and troubleshoot internally is preferred
  • Experience Articulate and Rise files for development phase
  • Helpful to know Vyond and Figma
  • Consultant will use their own laptop and licenses

The pay range for this project is $70.00 to $80.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
