This individual is an expert in Instructional Systems Design, front-end analysis, and assessment strategies and has experience collaborating with clients, subject matter experts (such as engineers), various client stakeholders, and consultant peers.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers and QA/QC consultants.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery.
  • Assist the program director in selecting designers and developers, and resource load each project’s schedule.
  • Manage change when required.
  • Contribute to Lessons Learned.
