We are working exclusively with our client to locate a dynamic and innovative Learning Strategist/Project Manager to join a team of learning and development professionals engaged in modernizing and upgrading an enterprise-wide equipment training program. The strategist will recommend an approach, develop clear goals and objectives and a plan for designing and developing a variety of creative and compelling learning solutions designed to be delivered through various modalities.
The Learning Strategist has an exceptionally acute learning point of view, business and organizational acumen, and proven experience in data analytics.
This individual is an expert in Instructional Systems Design, front-end analysis, and assessment strategies and has experience collaborating with clients, subject matter experts (such as engineers), various client stakeholders, and consultant peers.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including instructional designers, subject matter experts, developers, writers and QA/QC consultants.
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Implement quality control measures to ensure the highest standards in learning program delivery.
  • Assist the program director in selecting designers and developers, and resource load each project’s schedule.
  • Manage change when required.
  • Contribute to Lessons Learned.
