Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct Task Analysis and Competency Identification to define skill requirements by role and business line.
- Collaborate with Technical Coordinators, Instructional Design Analysts, and Business Line Representatives.
- Develop detailed module specifications for competency-based modules.
- Benchmark best practices for training modalities and review commercial solutions against competency needs.
- Proficiency in designing multi-modal training solutions (ILT, eLearning, Virtual ILT).
- Industry experience with technical content, understanding unique challenges.
- Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in relevant field.
- Proven project management skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Develop comprehensive competency-based training across modalities.
- Review and enhance existing content, utilizing ILT materials.
Start: ASAP
Duration: consultant to advise
Hours: 40 hours per week
Location: Virtual, but a local consultant who can attend occasional design sessions and meetings with SMEs is desirable
The pay range for this is $65.00 to $75.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
