Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a portfolio of innovative learning, development, and engagement initiatives within a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly regulated corporate environment. This role blends project management, communications, content production, and event coordination to deliver high-impact learning experiences for Legal & Global Security (LGS) employees. You will partner closely with program leads, writers, instructional designers, video producers, and a core team of seven to bring ideas from concept to launch—ensuring every detail meets Apple’s standards of clarity, craft, and simplicity.

What You’ll Do

Program & Portfolio Management
  • Oversee multiple concurrent learning and engagement programs, ensuring timely progress and alignment with business and compliance objectives.
  • Drive end-to-end planning for leadership development, communication skills, and innovative learning programs across multiple workstreams (content, communications, events, logistics, and measurement).
  • Develop timelines, track milestones, monitor dependencies, and manage deliverables using Wrike and Quip.
  • Maintain documentation and shared resources in Box and prepare executive-ready presentations in Keynote.

Learning, Content & Creative Production
  • Support the design, coordination, and rollout of programs such as:
    • AI Learning Labs
    • CLE (Continuing Legal Education)
    • Communication & Skills Programs (e.g., business writing, Ted@Work)
    • Leadership Development initiatives, including new global programs
    • Onboarding programs and engagement/wellness series
    • Manager forums, gigs & rotations, and self-awareness talks
  • Oversee video and creative content projects in collaboration with ECL creative partners, ensuring alignment, quality, and timely delivery.
  • Support ongoing content management, including tracking learning assets and managing annual refresh cycles.

Events & Experience Delivery
  • Coordinate logistics and execution for in-person and virtual learning sessions, workshops, speaker series, podcasts, and leadership engagement events.
  • Ensure a seamless participant experience across all touchpoints, reflecting Apple’s standards of excellence.

Operational Excellence
  • Streamline workflows across teams, maintain organized documentation, and ensure follow-through on key actions.
  • Provide proactive communication that keeps teams informed, aligned, and moving forward.

You Bring
  • 6+ years of experience in project management, learning programs, communications, events, or creative production.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through delivery.
  • Experience in regulated environments with strong attention to compliance, confidentiality, and professional standards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Wrike, Quip, Box, and Keynote; comfortable working in a Mac-based environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex details quickly.
  • Familiarity with video production, event planning, enterprise learning systems, and creative workflows.
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and deep respect for Apple’s culture of simplicity and excellence.

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

The pay range for this is $65.00 to $70.00 per hour on a W2 basis. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
