Sr. Facilitator / Trainer for Human Resources, Employment Law and Leadership

We are working exclusively with our client to locate an experienced and energetic Facilitator to deliver in-classroom training on Human Resources Employment and Leadership topics such as Handling Claims of Harassment and Reasonable Suspicion. Qualified candidates will have a SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management) certification and background in Human Resources and/or Employment Law.
As the Facilitator you will deliver 3-4 full day trainings this year. Additional trainings are anticipated in 2020. The train-the-trainer will be done virtually by phone. The training and materials have been developed and the presentation is in PowerPoint. The locations are to be determined and could be held at the client’ s facilities in one or more of the following locations: Kansas City, KS, Springfield, MO, Minneapolis, MN or an east coast location. The training audience is various warehouse/plant and office employees at the client’ s food and beverage manufacturing locations.
Estimated Start Date: October 14, 2019 or mid-October
Location: To be determined (Kansas City, Springfield, Minneapolis)
Duration: 3-4 (one-day trainings) to be held in Q4
- 7+ years of corporate training experience with an emphasis in Human Resources or Employment Law and Leadership topics
- SHRM Certification
- High energy presentation style
- Ability to engage learners with relatable stories
- Excellent communications
- Manufacturing experience or collective bargaining experience is a plus
- Minimum Bachelor’ s degree preferred
