- Collaborate closely with the instructor to thoroughly test the system's functionality.
- Dispatch essential logistical emails to participants, setting the stage for a smooth experience.
- Execute meticulous dry runs to guarantee everything is primed and ready.
- Forge contingency plans to tackle any unexpected hiccups.
- Recommend 3rd party tools to amplify participant engagement.
During the Training Session:
- Skillfully orchestrate the waiting room, admitting participants with grace.
- Stand as the vanguard of technical support, swiftly addressing and resolving issues.
- Seamlessly manage multimedia elements and proficiently present course materials.
- Keep a watchful eye on the chat, ensuring questions and concerns are addressed promptly.
- Maintain strict time management to adhere to the session schedule.
- Facilitate interactive activities like polls, breakout sessions, and Q&A sessions, enriching the learning experience.
- Extend your support beyond the session, dispatching post-course communications.
- Host feedback sessions to delve into valuable observations and recommendations for future improvements.

- Proven track record in adeptly managing Zoom meetings and webinars.
- Profound technical mastery of Zoom and related virtual event platforms.
- Adept troubleshooter, capable of resolving technical challenges in real time.
- Outstanding communication and customer service prowess.
- An unwavering attention to detail, complemented by effective multitasking in a dynamic setting.
- Familiarity with tools such as Slido, Snagit, or Mentimeter is a plus.
- Strong project management skills, indispensable for coordinating and executing intricate virtual events.

The pay range for this is $35.00 to $75.00 per hour. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications and specific work location.
