Bi-Lingual Spanish Facilitator (closed)

We are working exclusively with our client in identifying two (2) Bi-Lingual, English and Spanish, facilitators (1 for Northern and 1 for Central California). In this role, you will teach the following subjects: communication (primary need), time management, meeting effectiveness, basic computer skills, teamwork, and possibly other topics to be determined.
The audience is 100-150 Spanish speakers in the field working in the Vineyards (manufacturing and agricultural environment). The content already exists and has been translated. The Facilitators will be running the Communications workshops first that are no longer than 2 hours each, with some follow-up sessions. You may be asked to help in other sessions to translate on the fly. There will be 1-2 weeks of ramp up time and you will complete a Train-The-Trainer session.
Duration:Early March – July 31. Training Schedule to be determined. Trainers are typically booked for three weeks to deliver two sessions per day, for 1-3 days a week. Communications classes are generally not over 2 hours. Will put together a schedule with two months’ notice.
Location:1 Facilitator needed for Northern, CA area (On-site to facilitate in Lodi, Napa, and Sonoma County); 1 Facilitator needed for Central, CA area (Monterey and south of Salinas with very small possibility for a need in Madera).
- Experienced Trainer/Facilitator
- Very Fluent in “Mexican”- Spanish.
- Experience teaching soft-skills in a manufacturing or agriculture audience/environment.
- Experience in translation is a strong plus.
